We do not lobby for reviews. We ask once after every trip. If you write one, we are grateful. If you do not, that is fine too.

Marin Star Limousine is in the first months of our online presence under this brand. The reviews that have accumulated to date are on our Google Business Profile and on TripAdvisor. As the verified-review count grows, this page will publish curated excerpts from real clients. Until then, the page exists as the place those reviews will live, the standard we hold them to, and our position on review acquisition.
What we do not do: pay for reviews, offer discounts in exchange for reviews, write fake reviews on our own profiles, or run a five-star solicitation pressure campaign. Google detects all of those patterns and penalizes them. More importantly, that approach corrupts the review economy for the businesses doing it honestly.
What we do: send a single follow-up email 1-3 days after every confirmed trip, asking for a Google review with a direct link. Twenty to thirty percent of clients write one. The rest do not, and we respect that. We respond to every review within 24 hours, including the few critical ones we receive over time. Honest feedback is the most useful thing a client can give us.

Google Business Profile
The most-read source of reviews for any local service. Our profile is being verified now. Once it is live, the direct link will appear here and reviews will accumulate from confirmed customers. Google verifies each reviewer at the account level.

TripAdvisor
Tourism-focused reviews from clients who book wine tours or sightseeing trips. We will set up the profile in parallel with the Google one. Less volume than Google, higher signal for tourism-related searches.

After any trip with Marin Star, you receive a short follow-up email with a Google review link. The fastest way to leave a review is from that email. If you cannot find it, the link is below.
We read every review we receive. We respond to every review within 24 hours, including ones that name a problem. If something went wrong on your trip, the most useful thing you can do is tell us directly (info@marinstarlimo.com) and write the review honestly. The review tells future clients what to expect; the direct email tells us how to fix the operational issue.
