Corporate Transportation for the Bay Area
Discreet executive transfers. Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters. Monthly billing for accounts. Same chauffeur on every trip when you want it.
What an executive needs from a chauffeur service is rarely the cheapest ride.
It is the ride that does not show up late, the ride that does not get the wrong terminal, the ride that bills monthly and itemizes by employee, and the ride where the chauffeur knows that the executive on the back seat takes a call between SFO Terminal 3 and the Embarcadero exit. The good corporate chauffeur service is invisible until it matters, and then it is exactly there.
We run corporate accounts for tech firms in SoMa, finance firms in the FiDi, venture capital partners in Sand Hill Road, and family offices in Pacific Heights. Most accounts start with a single executive on a single recurring airport route. They expand to include direct reports, occasional offsite work, and after a year, the executive's family on personal trips. The expansion happens because the first trip set a baseline the dispatch services cannot match.
Five vehicles cover most corporate needs.
Lincoln Continental Sedan
The standard executive transfer vehicle. Three passengers, quiet cabin, soft leather. $95-$125/hr. Best for one or two executives on a single trip. Common configuration for daily SFO and FiDi recurring runs. View vehicle →

How a Marin Star corporate account works.
Setup
One-page application. Company name, billing address, authorized booker contacts, vehicle preference defaults. We run a basic credit check. Approval typically within 24-48 hours.
Booking
Authorized employees email or call the dispatcher. We log the trip to the account. Confirmation goes to the booker and to the assigned executive with chauffeur name and vehicle details 90 minutes before pickup.
Billing
Monthly invoice on the first of the following month. Net 30 payment terms. Each trip itemized by date, route, passenger name, vehicle, hours, gratuity, and total. ACH or credit card.
Dedicated chauffeur
Recurring trips for the same executive can be assigned to a dedicated chauffeur. He becomes the executive's driver. Trip after trip, year after year. The continuity is the entire point.
Approval rules
For accounts with multiple authorized bookers, we can set per-employee approval thresholds (trips over $X require executive assistant sign-off, trips over $Y require CFO approval). Optional, configurable per account.
Travel and expense integration
We send monthly invoices in PDF and CSV. Most clients import the CSV into their T&E system. We can also email per-trip confirmations to the executive's expense email for auto-categorization.
The trips we run for Bay Area corporate clients.
The recurring executive SFO transfer
The single most common corporate booking. A senior executive at a SoMa or FiDi firm with weekly travel. Same chauffeur, same vehicle, recurring schedule. From $115 per trip with the corporate sedan rate.
Board meeting offsite to Napa
Quarterly board day at Carneros Resort or Solage. Sprinter from the SF office at 9:00 AM, return at 6:00 PM. Hourly or day-rate. The chauffeur waits at the venue through the meeting.
Investor roadshow week
Five days, six VCs across Sand Hill Road and SoMa. Same chauffeur, same vehicle. We pre-load the routing in the morning and adjust as the schedule slips during the week.
VIP client arrival
A senior partner picks up a major client at SFO Terminal A. We bring the Escalade ESV, meet at international arrivals, drive to the dinner reservation or the hotel. The chauffeur does not engage unless asked.
Sand Hill Road shuttle
VC partners traveling between SF and Menlo Park multiple days a week. Continental sedan, 50-minute one-way, the executive works during the ride.
Founders' offsite
Startup leadership team takes a Wednesday afternoon at Cavallo Point or the Battery to plan the quarter. Sprinter or Escalade, 6 hours, the chauffeur waits.
